Shipping Policy

​Thank you for shopping with Itty Bitty Print Company! Here is what you can expect regarding our shipping and fulfillment process.

Processing & Production Time

​

Because our products are made to order, please allow time for production:

  • Processing Time: Orders are produced and shipped within 1–5 business days.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

​

We ship worldwide! Because we fulfill products from the United States, Latvia, and China, delivery times depend on your location and which hub your item is printed at.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping - 5–21 business days - Calculated at checkout (based on location/weight)

  • Expedited Shipping - 2–14 business days - Additional charges apply

  • International Shipping - 10–30 business days - Rates vary by destination

Note on Multiple Shipments: If you order different types of items, they may be produced at different fulfillment centers and arrive in separate packages at different times.

 

International Customs & Duties

​

  • Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply upon delivery based on your country’s regulations.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs charges and fees. Itty Bitty Print Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

 

Order Tracking

​

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information after it has been scanned.

 

Address Changes & Corrections

​

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the shipping address once production has begun. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

​

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please reach out to us at ittybittyprintcompany@gmail.com. We will gladly work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue for you.
